About The Takeover
A Show FOR Industrial Entrepreneurs BY Industrial Entrepreneurs
Welcome to The Takeover and thank you for listening. I created this show to help industrial entrepreneurs grow their business, drive positive change, and build a legacy that stands the test of time.
If you are an entrepreneur in the industrial supply world, you have a pioneer spirit, an insatiable appetite for improvement, and a heartfelt dedication to your family, employees, and the world of industrial supply.
The Takeover is more than another podcast featuring industry experts discussing ways to thrive in today’s economy…
It’s about attitude.
This show is going to draw a line in the sand between the tigers and the tabbies. We believe tigers starve last in a competitive environment, and we want industrial tigers of all shapes and sizes to benefit from the ideas shared on this show. There are countless industrial suppliers and distributors out there treading water and doing business the same way they did for the last 15, 25, or 100 years.
This show is NOT for the status quo.
I created this show for me. I am the industrial CEO who wants to become a great leader at work and at home. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I saw first-hand what it takes to build an eight-figure industrial enterprise from the ground up. I’ve learned a lot along the way, but I am still learning, and I still have an adventure ahead of me. I’m guessing you do as well.
Join me on this journey!
Together, we’re going to learn from some of the most influential voices in our industry. We’ll also bring in some outside thought-leaders from other areas of business acumen such as logistics, manufacturing, leadership, finance, sales, and marketing.
Finally, you will get to see the family business dynamic play out, as my father and fellow CEO, Wayne Johnson, will join me as a regular guest on the show.
We’re going to cover a wide range of topics related to leadership, but this isn’t just another leadership podcast. This show is for industrial executives by industrial executives, and that means we’re going to relate everything we talk about back to your business and your role.
This is The Takeover.
